About Me

Screen Shot 2013-12-19 at 10.01.48 AMAfter graduating college from the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at Mizzou, I started working for Executive Dining, a foodservice company in St. Louis, MO, as their Registered Dietitian in July 2012. As part of the Executive Dining team, I bring nutrition to the forefront of our cafeterias. I thoroughly enjoy helping people build and maintain a healthy lifestyle, and healthy eating in the workplace is a great way to start. By showing people that eating healthy is not always expensive, time-consuming, or tasteless, I can make a healthy impact on many lives. Proper nutrition is truly the strong base for a healthy mind and body!

From a young age, I have always been interested in food. I grew up in a very health-conscious and science-oriented family, which helped transform me into who I am today. Starting in elementary school I attended food preparation classes all the way through college. I always wanted to make a career out of helping people, so by gathering all my strengths and interests, I decided on a career choice in dietetics and have not looked back since!

Please use this nutrition blog as a chance to expand your knowledge of healthy eating and living. The short posts about health and nutrition will nourish your mind, while the deliciously healthy recipes will nourish your body.

Thanks for reading my nutrition blog!
