Honey Vanilla Tofu Fruit Dip

A deliciously unique fruit dip – silken tofu amps up the protein and yields a creamy texture without the need for cream cheese. Serve with a variety of freshly sliced fruit for a great appetizer or side dish for a backyard barbecue.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup silken tofu
1/2 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp honey
fruit

Directions:
1. Mix tofu with electric mixer until creamy.
2. Add vanilla yogurt and honey – mix to combine.
3. Serve with fresh sliced fruit.
