Greek Salad Skewers

My go-to appetizer when attending a pot-luck dinner party, or hosting my own party! This light, fresh, and beautiful appetizer is a sure-fire hit at any gathering!

Ingredients:
cucumbers
cherry tomatoes
block feta cheese
black olives
extra-virgin olive oil
freshly cracked black pepper
toothpicks

Directions:
1. slice all ingredients into bite sized pieces
2. skewer veggies and cheese in any order you like! (works best with feta in the middle)
3. just before serving, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper, as desired

I sometime replace the black olives with bite-sized green bell peppers to mix it up! Feel free to experiment!
